What can I say? From leaving a voicemail to paying the invoice, the service provided by the Drainmaster Team has been superb. Messages were replied to promptly, the team turned up well within 20 hours of the initial voicemail being left on a Sunday evening, and all queries were handled professionally.  Clear information was provided, so even a novice on drain systems like myself could understand. Slightly cheaper than others I contacted. I was very pleased with the service. The guys had to come back with additional equipment to get the jobs done as the blockage was 40m from the rodding eye but didn't charge extra for two visits. Pat and Ross were complete stars! They turned up at our small hotel in Pitlochry (Rosemount), within an hour of my call, to resolve a drain blockage (caused by facewipes and bamboo toilet paper). This prompt attention was greatly appreciated, especially in view of the fact that the company is based in Perth, 27 miles away. Not only did they do a great job, but gave us good advice about using so much bamboo toilet paper in one, multi-bathroom location.
